School Self Evaluation (SEP)

School \’Self Evaluation Plan\’ (SEP)

Schools and academies are advised to take self-evaluation extremely seriously. If audits of performance are not undertaken it is impossible to identify improvement priorities. The processes of self-evaluation and improvement planning are continuous and documentation is constantly updated.

The Senior Leadership Team produces and updates the Self Evaluation Form and The School / Academy Improvement Plan immediately following the School SATS / GCSE (internal & external) results and Curriculum Leaders use these documents to inform their own self-evaluation and planning (See also DIP plan).

In addition to examination results and student assessment data, teacher observation, scrutiny of marking and stakeholder voice activities contribute to our judgements.
