Our mission
What we do and why we do it
As part of our charitable objectives, Academica Mentoring provides an independent educational arm that supports and develops educational provisions at every level — from individual students to entire school systems.
School Reformation and Accreditation
We offer schools end-to-end solutions that assure accountability, transparency and quality while enhancing educational values. We assist in balancing the interests of all stakeholders including students, parents, teaching staff, government authorities and the community. We help schools achieve Good to Outstanding status and international accreditation standards.
Professional Development and CPD
We deliver regular CPD programmes for schools and individuals. Our portfolio includes over 130 CIPD accredited courses ranging from £47 to £4,997. This includes specialist programmes such as Safeguarding Level 1 and DSL Level training, teacher training masterclasses, Islamic education programmes and leadership development.
Tuition, Coaching and Mentoring
We support students from Year 1 through to university level with tuition, coaching and mentoring. Our support covers GCSE, A-Level and university programmes including research methods, data analysis, assignment support, public speaking, interview preparation and professional development portfolios.
Online Webinars and 1-2-1 Sessions
We deliver online webinars, tutorials and one-to-one sessions to educators and students globally. Our online platform reaches over 4,000 students across 30+ countries. We are developing MOOC programmes and partnerships with educators worldwide to expand our reach and impact further.

Equip teachers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver outstanding lessons consistently. From lesson planning and behaviour management to differentiation and assessment — we build complete teaching professionals.

Raise Educational Standards
Support schools and educational institutions in achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards. We work with institutions from Good to Outstanding in mainstream and Islamic education settings.

Preserve Islamic Education
Support the preservation and development of Islamic education in the UK and globally. We train madrasah teachers, Quran educators and Islamic school leaders with programmes grounded in both modern pedagogy and Islamic principles.

Support Student Achievement
Provide direct support to students at every level from primary through to university. We believe every student has the potential to excel when given the right guidance, resources and encouragement.

Develop Educational Leaders
Train and develop the next generation of educational leaders — headteachers, directors of education, madrasah coordinators and school improvement specialists — through our leadership programmes and one-to-one executive coaching.

Global Educational Impact
Extend our reach beyond the UK to support educators and institutions across the world. Our online programmes already serve students in 30+ countries and our aim is to support teachers globally over the next five years.
